The feeding mechanism is composed of feeding rack, feeding hopper and lifting device.

Hand lever control of feed hopper

The limit position of the hopper is controlled by the limiting device. When the hopper is in place, the clutch is automatically disengaged, the hopper falls on the weight of itself, and the hand is released when the hopper is landing.

The stirring mechanism is the working part of the mixer, which is composed of mixing cylinder, supporting wheel and transmission system.

The mixing drum consists of four roller support, mixing drum rotated by the motor via the transmission system drives installed on the drum gear, stable and reliable work, reversing drum is realized by motor reversing.

The structure of the mixing drum is double cone, and the inner and outer parts of the cylinder are welded with high and low blades, which are respectively in a certain angle with the cylinder axis.

A pair of discharging blades are welded inside the discharging cone, and when the concrete is stirred, the rotating direction of the mixing drum is changed, and the concrete is discharged from the outlet of the discharge cone through the low blade and the discharging blade.

The water supply system is composed of motor, water pump, regulating valve, water suction valve and pipeline.

The starting pump can inject water into the mixing cylinder, and the time relay of the electric control system controls the running time of the pump to master the water quantity needed for mixing the concrete in each tank.

The JZC250 concrete mixer is equipped with an electric control box on the whole machine, the operation button and the time relay are all installed on the box door, and equipped with a protective cover.

The chassis is a welded structure. The lower part is equipped with two tires, and the front part is equipped with a traction rod for towing.
